sales are final
Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot
be cancelled or refunded. As all computers
are built to order, we cannot resell unwanted
items. All sales are final. Specification
of the goods
All goods shall be required only to conform
to the specification document on the website.
Price
and Payment
The price of the supply of goods and services
are as set out on the item specification.
IT-Box shall invoice the customers. All
payment must be made by either by Debit
or Credit Card.
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and
include VAT. (VAT no. 810 3426 74)
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your goods
as soon as possible. The usual lead time
is within 3 working days from the time of
payment. In some cases, due to the nature
of the courier delivery, computer components
may not arrive with us on time. If the customer
requires the goods urgently, we will arrange
for you to collect your goods from our London
store. Time for delivery shall not be the
essence of the terms and conditions and
IT-Box shall not be liable for any loss,
costs, damages, charges or expenses caused
directly or indirectly by a delay in the
delivery of the goods.
All risk in the goods shall pass to the
customer upon delivery.
Warranty
IT-Box warrants that from the date of delivery
for a period of 12 months, all goods are
free from any defects in design, workmanship,
construction or materials.
All goods come with a 12 month back to
base repair warranty.
Limitation
of Liability
In no event shall IT-Box be liable to the
customer for any loss of business, loss
of opportunity or loss of profits or for
any other indirect or consequential loss
or damage whatsoever from the use of any
goods from IT-Box.
